Doctors On Site was founded with a clear mandate: to make physician-led care genuinely accessible to Ontarians — not just those who could afford a concierge clinic or those lucky enough to have a family doctor with availability this month.
We started with a question: what if patients could access trusted medical care where they already are — at their local pharmacy, from their home, on their schedule?
That insight led to the development of our pharmacy-based virtual access model, in partnership with Rexall and Metro — two of Ontario's most trusted retail pharmacy networks. Through these partnerships, Doctors On Site extended physician access into communities that needed it most.
Today, Doctors On Site has grown into a province-wide hybrid healthcare platform — offering general virtual care, twelve-plus physician-led specialty programs, and in-person services at partner clinic locations — all built around the patient's convenience, not the clinic's.
